Baja Gold is an unrefined sea salt that preserves the valuable trace minerals of the ocean. Our natural creation process retains slightly more moisture than traditional table salt. Because of this, Baja Gold is best seasoned by the pinch, vs. a shaker or grinder.

Fine Grind: Our smallest grain size. Milled to a flour-like texture. Perfect for daily kitchen use, including seasoning, sauteing, and baking. Fastest to liquify.

Fine Grind Baja Gold offers the same unrefined sea salt, naturally rich in trace minerals, but with a finer grind for precise measurements. The finer texture dissolves quickly, making it ideal for everyday cooking, baking, and blending into sauces and marinades. Fine Grind is also the fastest to liquify for hydration use.

Good for:

Hydration and liquid use.

Baking recipes that require fine salt

Blending into marinades and sauces
